We have been planning on going to Georgia again to volunteer at Fort Frederica. We were planning on leaving South Dakota on Monday the 8th. But the weather has been a bit difficult to predict. Two days ago there was only supposed to be a little bit of snow at 4 am, but it kept snowing til about 11 am.
In the end, the roads south of us looked dry, so we dealt with the inch of the snow at the house. We had every thing packed in the house yesterday. This morning we got up, got the camper and left about 10 am.
We made it to North Platte, Nebraska. We are at the Hampton Inn near the Buffalo Bill Fort.
